POSITIVELY PROCESSING PERCEPTION (P3P)

The Perception Doc offers one on one coaching and free workshops that emphasize the mind-body connection and guide you towards a balanced and healthy perception of yourself and your surroundings.

Free Group Workshop

When you sit in a P3P group discussion you will be AMAZED at how different it is than a traditional support group. Music, art, movement, writing and so much more are used to discuss our perceptions and how they shape our beliefs and actions. We use this new awareness to stop the vicious cycle of doing  same dysfunctional things over and over and break through generational trauma.

Individual Coaching

P3P explores the PLEASE method and other techniques including Mirror Therapy, Real-time Picture Therapy, Breath Work, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, and Writing, all of which effectively improve well-being and shift perception in a way that makes your inner and outer world a better place.

Each method will give you a new perspective and understanding of yourself and the world around you.

Coaching sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes & are hosted over Zoom or in person in a setting comfortable to you.

Transformation Testimonials

The Positively Processing Perception Live Workshop has been instrumental in my journey of post-traumatic growth. It provides a safe and supportive environment where I can share my authentic experiences and perspectives while also gaining valuable insights from others. Each session offers a unique opportunity for reflection and growth, significantly enhancing my overall well-being and sense of community.

Jodi Chapin, RN

Perception and P3P....such a concept.   P3P has helped me view normal behaviors, or the concept of what normal behavior is.  For me, it resonates because I can continue to lean in through this process of trust.  I lose the judgement piece on my end, and look at people, places and things in a softer manner, rather than immediately jumping to my own conclusions.  Dr. Nique has a wonderful way of extending her own vulnerabilities and shares those insecurities turning them into a second look at things, she pauses with grace and with dignity.   Thank you, Dr. Nique for being every bit of your authentic self.

Sue DeGregorio-Rosen, MSN, BSN, RN-CLNC

I found that the P3P sessions I have attended have helped me understand, learning how to perceive differently and how to process triggers. I tried to attend as often as
possible because it's been great supportive space. I have found through the program that 1, I am not alone; 2, I can express myself without worry of self-inflicted anxiety
or judgment. I appreciate Dr Nurse Nique for the opportunity to work on me.
