I have been through many obstacles in my life. Some have been self-induced and some were an extension of my negative thoughts and emotions that plagued my Spirit. What ignites happiness? Could it be the effects of authenticity and vulnerability combined with transparency? How does optimism and hope affect health? I would like to think that for me “hope” is a form of trust. Life experiences and the people we meet along the way create wisdom and that very wisdom can show us how passion and creativity can come to life. Basically, appreciating the originality of what sets your soul on fire.
It has been said that you are what you think. It is time to change the script of negativity that has been playing in your mind. Stop perseverating on what the world has told you who you are supposed to be. Let go of the expectations holding you back. Ask yourself, “When did the trauma begin to take over your dreams and desires?” When you learn to shift the perception of your thoughts, emotions, feelings and behaviors you will find the courage to become authentically you. When you release yourself from the victim role you start to attract a different type of freedom. How long is it going to take you to realize that the very thing holding you back may simply be YOU.
I understand all these feelings deeply. When I finally started to look at my own toxic behaviors and see the patterns of my life choices, only then did I start to create change. There are only two things that we can change; Ourselves and our reaction to others. It is really that simple.
When you become accountable for your actions you begin to change your perceptions of everything around you. Accountability in your personal life is living with integrity. This includes all your thoughts, words, and actions. It is a consistency of all of them which creates an alignment. It is in this very manner and way of living that we can begin to change our perception positively of ourself and change our life. Everything you are searching for is right inside of you. Embrace the process, I did, and I know it can help you too.
I hope you enjoy the new website. I am grateful to everyone in my life who has helped me to become who I am today.
Please be kind. We are all struggling with something you know nothing about.
